This stylish chrome knurled barbell is suitable for home use. The barbell is 7ft in length, weighs 20 kilograms and comes with a set of spring clips.
The barbell has a 28mm in diameter shaft with Dual knurling markers, the knurl marks, or rings, are placed on the barbell so that when you’re setting up for a lift, you have a visual as to where to place your hands for an even grip on both ends and not lifting more or less on either side.
