ROCK SOLID OPEN HEX BAR

The Rock Solid Open Hex Bar features a split-frame design that allows the bar to be used for both trap-bar deadlifts and traditional straight-bar pulling movements without repositioning. The open end permits the lifter to step forward out of the frame between sets, streamlining session management in time-pressured training environments. As with the standard Hex Bar, the centred loading axis reduces spinal shear force relative to a conventional straight bar. 50 mm sleeves are compatible with all Olympic-standard weight plates. Dual grip height options are retained.
