The EZ Curl Bar allows you to perform curls and other accessory lifts in the most comfortable and safe position. Ergonomically designed to limit stress on the hands, wrists and elbows - our EZ Curl Bar allows a more comfortable range of motion when performing upper body exercises.
The bar itself has a 25mm diameter with a silver chrome shaft and matched silver chrome sleeves. The bar has dual knurling for a more solid grip. Weighing 8kg the Rock Solid EZ Curl Bar allows athletes to increase their upper body strength in a more comfortable way. The Rock Solid EZ Curl Bar is compatible with Olympic weight plates.
