Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged in its original packaging . You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will exchange it or offer a refund based on the original payment method.

Please note, items that have been assembled in full or in part can be returned, within 14 days, for a percentage of the purchase price. The refund amount will be calculated based on the condition of the items.

In the unlikely event that you receive faulty goods please contact us immediately to resolve the problem.
