The Rock Solid Open Hex Bar offers a number of additional options as opposed to a classic Hex Bar. Athletes can enter and exit the bar with ease, and the open shape allows for a greater range of motion, offering a wider range of exercises such as lunges and carries. The bar design offers an integrated loading jack, which raises the loadable barbell sleeve high enough to allow for easy loading and unloading of bumper plates. The textured matte black powder coated frame, and hardened chrome sleeves ensure an extremely durable and corrosion resistant bar.

The Rock Solid Open Hex Bar features three..yes three knurled handles, sizes 28mm, 38mm and 48mm are included with each bar. The larger of which is great for improving grip and forearm strength.
