Wall or Rack Mounted — Two Setup Options
This unit is designed to work in two ways — bolt it directly to a solid wall for a permanent gym fixture, or attach it to your existing rack or rig uprights for a more flexible setup. Both mounting options deliver the same stable, consistent cable pull you need for heavy training. If you already have a rack, this is one of the most cost-effective upgrades you can make to it.
Plate Loaded — Use What You Already Have
No weight stack, no extra plates to buy. This machine loads directly with your existing Olympic or standard weight plates, keeping costs down and making it a natural addition to any barbell-based home gym. Load it up, clip on your attachment and train.
Adjustable Pulley Height
The adjustable pulley position allows you to switch between high cable and low cable exercises without changing the setup. Pull from overhead for lat pulldowns, tricep pushdowns and face pulls, or set it low for cable rows, bicep curls, cable pull-throughs and Romanian deadlift variations. A single unit covers both positions.
